I wish I could say I had a good experience, but I have not. Bought it new, charged the battery and used for one battery charge. Recharged and now all it does it flash red on the LED. The most disappointing part is that I sent an email to their customer service and after a week, still no response. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the product. This is NO reflection on the seller, just the product.
