Adult Signature Requirement

Under the PACT Act, our Adult Signature Confirmation policy remains vital. This necessitates any individual aged 21 or older, with valid ID, to receive and sign for your package upon delivery.

Free Shipping Over $99

Enjoy free shipping to all eligible states for orders over $99, prior to discounts and taxes. Please note, all orders, regardless of value, require Adult Signature Confirmation, incurring an additional $5.00 fee for our free shipping option.

Shipping and Processing Time

All orders are dispatched using reputable 3rd party shippers, with a shipping time of 10-15 days. Processing time for orders ranges from 24-72 hours, and we only ship on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding major holidays. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note, all orders require Adult Signature Confirmation. Shipping fees are $9.99 for orders under $99, and we offer free shipping for orders over $99, subject to a $5.00 fee for the signature confirmation.

Restricted Shipping

Currently, we're unable to offer international shipping or send items to military addresses with APO, FPO, or DPO.

Lost and Undelivered Packages

Responsibility for lost or undelivered packages lies with the customer once they leave The Vapor Shoppe. We urge you to double-check your address details to avoid delays and issues. We cannot be held accountable for errors in address submissions or for any associated costs.

Order Discrepancies

If your package arrives damaged, with missing or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After reviewing and approving your claim, we'll promptly address the issue.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to select states and is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. In some instances, sales tax may also be applied to shipping costs. These are mandates from state and local governments.
