I quit smoking cigarettes, but still had that hand to mouth action that I couldn't quite stop. My solution was to use a non nicotine vape to satisfy that need. I found that Breeze Pro had 0 nicotine and I tried a few flavors. I like the Blueberry Mint.

I quit cigarettes and decided I still had the hand to mouth behavior and decided to try a vape. With 0 nicotine I feel better that I am not damaging my lungs. I only hold the smoke in my mouth and blow it out. I've tried some other flavors, but I like the Blueberry Mint.

Well, I wanted some plastic surgery but I couldn't get it done unless I quit nicotine. (Yes they can test for it so you cant cheat) so I had to find something to replace the regular nicotine vapes I had been using and this worked. It's hard to find a zero nicotine in tobacco flavor. (I didnt want any of those weird blueberry flavors) They are expensive but last about 3 days, so it's doable.

I love this! I have had a very hard time quitting vaping, and a lot of it is habitual. With this zero nic vape, it has cut down my nicotine addiction significantly.
