The Instagram logo was fine. Sad. If they can make a clear image of their advertisement, you’d think they’d be able to make the main image just as clear. The main image was pixilated and blurry. When I told Zig-Zag Cust. Svc., I was told to only order from Amazon or the Zig Zag site proper. No real intent to address the issue. I was brushed aside and unvalidated. I made a point of telling the Zig-Zag Cust. Svc. Rep I’ve lost confidence in the brand. I’ll use it because it’s sturdy, and it’s a tray. And, I needed one. BUT, when I look at the tray as a whole, I’m dissatisfied because I don’t have a clear image to gaze upon. I’m so sorry (and not sorry) I had to write a bad review for a company with a such a rich and storied history. So, I was surprised to see a potential conversation piece so neglected and carelessly executed. Zig-Zag burned me.

Rip-off. Don’t buy it. ZIG-ZAG should be ashamed. The image will appear normal on screen, but in person the final image is set at the wrong pixel ratio. It’s a tin, I’ll keep it. However, I bought it because I liked the image, and I like the ZIG-ZAG product/brand. Now, all I have is a rolling tray which I paid over $12.00 for with a busted picture. Womp-womp ??
